  • When will my order ship?

 

Our products ship after 1-3 business days after you placed the order.

 

  • Will I get an email with my order details?

 

Yes! We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed summarizing order details.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

No/Yes

 If the order has not been shipped you can cancel order. If the order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order or get a refund! For further details about your refund visit our REFUND POLICY page. 

 

  • What is the exchange/return policy?

 

There is no exchange for any clothing, please make sure you double check your cart before submitting order.

 

We value our customer experience. We will only provide refund if the product is damaged, and the customer submits a damage claim and claim is approved.

 

Steps to submit a damage claim is below.

 

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.

 

-With a subject of "Damage Claim."

 

-List your product(s) and photo evidence of the damage(s).

 

Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.

 

 Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.

 

 Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account :)

 

 

  • What payment methods are accepted?

 

We accept all major credit cards from any country including:

 

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.

 

 

  • Are there any additional fees I have to pay?

 

Yes, every customer has to pay a shipping fee. Unless cart is $75 or more.

 

 

My order won't go through, help!

 

Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.

 

 

  • How much is shipping?

 

Shipping fees  are the same as USPS! We charge depending on weight and how fast you want the product. With that being said, please review each products shipping information before you order.

 

  • Who ships my package?

 

United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS

 

 

  • How fast is the delivery time?

 

Delivery time: Various depending how much you order. Also depending on where you are located vs. where it’s being shipped from. Usually (3-5) business days for US residents.

 

  • Oops - I put the wrong shipping address!

 

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.

 

If your order is already shipped and you realized it has the wrong shipping address, customer will not be issued a refund for an address error. We can try to reship if it's not to late but customer will pay the reshipment fee.
