YOU MAY BE WONDERING...

 

  • When will my order ship?

 

Our products take within 1 to 3 business days to be shipped after order placement.


  •  How fast is the delivery time?


Once the product has been shipped, delivery time can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days.


  • Will I get an email with my order details?

 

Yes! We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed summarizing order details. Then another email once it’s shipping including tracking number.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?


You can only cancel your order if production on your order has not been started yet. If your order is in production you will not be allowed to cancel it.

Production on an order can start anywhere from 8 to 24 hours after placing the order. 

To see if your order can be cancelled or not email bondonclothing@gmail.com with a subject line of “CANCEL ORDER (order number)

 

  • What is the exchange/return policy?

 

There is no exchange for any clothing, please make sure you double check your cart before submitting order. 

We value our customer experience. We will ONLY provide refund if the product is damaged, and the customer submits a damage claim.

To submit damage to a product you will have to reach out to the same email that sent you your shipping information. So when you receive your shipping information, save that email for faster access if you have to go back to it.

  

  • What payment methods are accepted?

 

We accept all major credit cards including:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.

 

  • Are there any additional fees I have to pay?

 

NO! All shipping is free and taxes are already included.

 

  • My order won't go through, help!

 

Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.

 

  • Oops - I put the wrong shipping address!

 

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you. In you email in the subject line please put “CHANGE ADDRESS ORDER (order number)

 

If your order is already shipped and you realized it has the wrong shipping address, customer will not be issued a refund for an address error. We can try to reship if it's not to late but customer will pay the reshipment fee.
